YES! It really is like that! For three years I lived a period free life (when I was on dreadful birth control) and it was so damn freeing! Never having to worry about accidents or scheduling vacations around my cycle was amazing; not to mention the money that I saved. No need to buy period underwear, or tampons, panty liners, and pads. That is a lot of coin saved. Probably enough to purchase a plane ticket. Y'all know I love to buy plane tickets. Can I just buy cotton and make my own damn tampons? Will this save me money? I'm tired of paying the cost! Even the chocolate you desperately crave on your period adds up too! LOL!
The average woman endures around 456 periods over 38 years. When you add that up its about 2,280 days or 6.25 years of her life. SIX YEARS OF YOUR LIFE BLEEDING!!!! For those of us who are not sure that they even want kids, what is the point? WHAT IS THE POINT?
