What shirt brand do you print on?
All standard t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas or Gildan brand tees, unless otherwise stated.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XSmall - 3XLarge. Shirts have a slim fit, but they run big. It is suggested that women order one size down from their regular size.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. The shirts are produced using screen printing.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Here are some tips for your:
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to process.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost vary on the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart and checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
If y'all help me blow up, then maybe in the future we can ship internationally!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. We CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES.
If you receive a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Chile no, this is a one man operation! HAHAHA!
